Google Cloud states that reCAPTCHA customers are the data controller for end-user data and Google processes reCAPTCHA customer data to provide and maintain the service and its security, threat detection, protection and response capabilities.
Email and service providers
We may share information with service providers that help operate the website and business, such as hosting, email delivery, form protection, storage, security tooling and administrative systems. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to us, unless their own terms state otherwise.
WordPress dashboard
WordPress protection may use a separate dashboard at dash.maxmindsecurity.com. That system may have separate account, billing, plugin and service records. Use the privacy information in that dashboard where it applies to dashboard activity.
Payments
This website is designed for manual quote and service workflows. We do not ask you to enter payment card numbers into public enquiry forms. If payment receipts are uploaded or sent, they are used for payment review, accounting and service administration.
Retention
We keep enquiry, account, service, payment and security records while needed to respond to you, provide services, resolve disputes, maintain security and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations. We may keep limited records after a request is closed where needed for audit, abuse prevention, accounting or legal reasons.
