Quote enquiries and correspondence

When you request a quote, we store your name, email address, selected service, requirements and any company or website details you provide. Authorized administrators can review your enquiry and send email replies. We keep the enquiry, reply history and email delivery status to follow up on your request and provide support. Your email address is shared with our configured email delivery provider to send replies.

Information used to manage your service

This portal stores your name, email, company details, password hash, service asset labels, orders, selected package scope and uploaded payment receipts. It records the time, name and IP address associated with service agreement acceptance and keeps administrative activity records.

Authorized staff use this information for account administration, payment review, onboarding, service delivery and support. Receipt downloads are restricted to the account owner and portal administrators.

The portal does not install monitoring software or collect device telemetry. Third-party tools or additional access require separate onboarding arrangements.

Account and billing records are retained while needed to provide services and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact support@maxmindsecurity.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to discuss retention.

Essential session cookies support sign-in and form security. The WordPress dashboard uses a separate account system.
