About MaxMindSecurity
MaxMindSecurity provides website, WordPress, cloud, data and managed security services. This website is used to describe services, receive quote requests, respond to enquiries and manage limited service records for customers who have an account.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our services, contact us and request a quote. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, upload malware, test security controls without written permission or impersonate another person or organisation.
Quotes and enquiries
Submitting a contact form, newsletter form or quote request does not place an order, create an emergency response agreement or activate protection. We review the information you provide and reply by email. Any work starts only after scope, authorisation, commercial terms, access method and responsibilities are agreed in writing.
Please do not send passwords, private keys, payment card details, sensitive customer data or confidential production data in an initial enquiry. If access is needed, we will agree a safer handover process during onboarding.
Authorisation and permitted work
You must be authorised to request work for every website, account, server, cloud environment, device, dataset or other asset you ask us to review. Security testing, scanning, cleanup, configuration changes, access review and incident-response activity require a written scope and permission before they begin.
Services and results
Security work reduces risk but cannot remove every risk or guarantee that a site, account, server or system will never be compromised. Malware cleanup, blacklist guidance, WAF tuning, assessments, monitoring and other services are performed within the agreed scope and available access. Search engines, browser vendors, hosting providers, app stores and security vendors control their own warning, review and approval timelines.
Pricing, payment and renewals
Pricing is confirmed in a written quote or accepted order before paid work begins. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, payments are handled manually and no card or bank account is charged automatically by this website. Taxes, third-party licences, hosting fees, cloud usage, software subscriptions and provider charges are separate unless included in the written scope.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling or refund eligibility depends on the agreed scope, work already performed, reserved time, third-party costs and any written order terms. Contact care@maxmindsecurity.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a request.
Third-party services
Some work may involve tools or platforms operated by third parties, such as hosting providers, cloud platforms, email providers, Google services, CDNs, DNS providers, security tools or the separate WordPress dashboard. Their own terms, privacy notices, settings and service limits may apply.
Accounts and access
If an account is provided for administration or service records, you are responsible for keeping login details secure and for telling us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. We may suspend access, decline work or close a request if we believe the website, account or service is being misused or cannot be safely supported.

Website content is provided for general service information. It is not legal advice, compliance certification or a guarantee that a particular control is sufficient for your business. Service descriptions may change, but accepted written scopes or orders keep the terms agreed for that work.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MaxMindSecurity is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of revenue, profits, data, goodwill, business interruption or third-party platform decisions, except where a written agreement states otherwise.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms as the website, services, laws or platform requirements change. The effective date above shows when this page was last updated. If an accepted order records a separate agreement version, that order retains the version accepted at the time.
Existing service agreement text
This order covers only the named service, asset and capacity shown in its package summary. Payment is submitted manually and verified by MaxMindSecurity. Payment confirmation creates a service request awaiting setup; it does not install tools, start monitoring or certify that the asset is protected. The first service period starts when MaxMindSecurity confirms service activation. Renewals are paid manually; no card or bank account is charged automatically. Package pricing and scope for this order are recorded when you accept it. Future renewal pricing is shown for acceptance before an order is placed. Additional assets, work outside the recorded scope and third-party licenses require a separate agreement. The customer must be authorized to request service for the named assets. Access credentials, disruptive work, installation and any scanning require a separate onboarding authorization. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically issue a refund. Contact support to request cancellation before service setup or discuss a refund. No guaranteed response time or prevention of every security incident is included unless separately agreed in writing. Billing contact and asset information are used to administer this service. Do not upload passwords, private keys or unnecessary personal data.
