Submitting an enquiry does not place an order or activate protection. We discuss the proposed scope, pricing, responsibilities and delivery arrangements with you before work begins.

Existing service agreements

This order covers only the named service, asset and capacity shown in its package summary. Payment is submitted manually and verified by MaxMindSecurity. Payment confirmation creates a service request awaiting setup; it does not install tools, start monitoring or certify that the asset is protected. The first service period starts when MaxMindSecurity confirms service activation. Renewals are paid manually; no card or bank account is charged automatically. Package pricing and scope for this order are recorded when you accept it. Future renewal pricing is shown for acceptance before an order is placed. Additional assets, work outside the recorded scope and third-party licenses require a separate agreement. The customer must be authorized to request service for the named assets. Access credentials, disruptive work, installation and any scanning require a separate onboarding authorization. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically issue a refund. Contact support to request cancellation before service setup or discuss a refund. No guaranteed response time or prevention of every security incident is included unless separately agreed in writing. Billing contact and asset information are used to administer this service. Do not upload passwords, private keys or unnecessary personal data.
